Absolutely appalling service from @TalkTalk being cut off daily as I won’t pay for a modem that does not allow me to work remotely with clients. Tech support asked me who Microsoft were !!!!!

3 hours wasted with @TalkTalk trying to get them to understand their new router will not work with @microsoft Remote Access. Surely in modern times a router should be able to cope in #workingfromhome mode. Not resolved, given up, will be voting with my feet when contract ends.

@MartinSLewis I often get, I don’t get any benefits from the government until I receive my state pension. I reply, free healthcare, education, police, fire brigade, dustman, unemployment benefit etc. The list is endless but due no Invoice they forget it is taxes that pay for all this.

Not happy @sky.com - Contacted U 3 times. Issue not resolved to my satisfaction. Sky not accepting any responsibility 4 poor communication. Have been customers 4 several years, and have phone, broadband, tv and mobile accounts, but they won’t even meet half way for compensation.
