@MYOB I am at a point now where I am willing to try any and every approach to get someone from @MYOB to sort my issue out… 8 hours of my life spent on the phone, multiple online chats and I am still waiting for someone to call back from 3 weeks ago!!!

@Telstra hey guys… I am in Pyrmont NSW (Distillery Drive) on a Velocity plan… first outage I have experienced in over 12 months so good job but no mention on your outages page
@LenovoANZ if your business reputation was based solely upon your technical support your organisation would be dead in the water. My case has been is over a month old with no resolution. Each time I get through to someone I am promised it will be resolved... then crickets!!!!
@iiNet hi guys we seem to have lost our internet connection in postcode 2011 since yesterday afternoon (20th May)
All NBN box lights are green. Internet light on modem is amber. I have power cycled both the NBN box and the Netgear modem a few times.

@iiNet My connection has been painfully slow for a few days now yet the network status indicates no issues in my area (Elizabeth Bay, Sydney)... consistently only getting < 1.0 Mbps... Support calls are over 1 hour wait time so thought I'd ask here
