SIO Case Spotlight: A 3-year-old presented with worsening gait and a nonreactive left pupil with heterochromia and leukocoria. AFP 192 ng/mL (normal <8.8).
#SIOCaseSpotlight: 15-month-old with PMHx of prematurity and VACTERL was incidentally found to have a liver mass on US. AFP was 192 ng/mL (normal <8.8). MRI showed an arterially enhancing lesion in segment 6 measuring 8 mm with washout on portal venous phase.
