Yesterday I defended my thesis ahead of my prize lecture in York on Tuesday. Thanks to Dr. Fielden (@FieldenStephen), Prof. McGonigal (@mcgonigalgroup), and Prof. Harrowven (virtually) for examining my thesis!

It's an honour to receive this award and I'm looking forward to sharing my PhD work in my prize lecture at this year's @RSC_MASC meeting in York.

@abhikendra Contact Steve and ask him for our Chemdraw template? We basically use the 3D function with some basic rules (turn the aromatic side panels by 45 degrees before turning the macrocycle). If you mean the cartoons, these are made in Illustrator and are a bit harder...

🥳 to Dr Abed Saady (@e_saady) who has joined @BarIlanU as Assistant Professor! He will be missed 😭 but we wish him every success as a #NewPI and expect great things - Abed won the inaugural Wunderbar! award having had articles accepted in @J_A_C_S (2!) & @angew_chem in 2 weeks!
