@TulioWars@shanaka86 What are the names of the pilots? If you believe that mission was to extract the pilot and not enrich Iranian uranium, you are retarded beyond redemption..!
@MichaelRShapley@mehdirhasan With this type of IQ, I now understand why illiterates and social misfits in third-world countries scam fortunes from retards like you.
Israel in its years of genocide in Gaza is reported to have killed 75k Palestinians but somehow fool like you believe Iran killed 50k in 3days.
@TulioWars@shanaka86 What are the names of the pilots? If you believe that mission was to extract the pilot and not enrich Iranian uranium, you are retarded beyond redemption..!
@DeeprMinds @Jenny_IDLYITW@free0xSage@DD_Geopolitics Why does Iran have more women graduates in STEM than Israel, you psychopathic liar? The “only democracy in the Middle East” and the “most moral army in the word” lies collapses under the weight of the fact that you guys committed genocide in Gaza & invaded Lebanon.
Those who assume Netanyahu’s shameless behavior, and his attempt to prolong his regional wars at US expense, will undermine even derail Israel US relations, need to consider the historical record and the bilateral strategic and political perspectives.
The fall out between Begin and Reagan in 1981, between Shamir and Bush sr in 1991, between Sharon and W Bush in 2001, between Netanyahu and Obama in 2011, between Netanyahu and Biden in 2021, etc led in each and every instance to upgrading Israel’s status to ‘strategic asset’, leader of the Middle East Pax Americana, champion of the global war on terror, recipient of additional $40 billion, as well as dragging US into genocide in Gaza and war on Iran, respectively… GOT IT!
So, before mourning Israel US relations pay attention to section 224 of the Congress Defense Authorization Bill and amendment 622 of the Senate Intelligence Authorization Bill, both of which couple American global intelligence network to Israel’s and basically merges Israel and US defense industries and programs. GOT IT!
That’s not to say the ‘special relationship’ is eternal. But Israel and its American minions are aware of Israel’s decreasing popularity in America and are already working hard to make up the difference through America’s corrupt political, business, media and other elites.
Lebanon, Iran, Israel, and the United States: Looking Ahead
A. Yesterday's events highlighted another important Iranian achievement in the regional confrontation: Tehran has effectively succeeded in linking the Lebanese front to the broader Iranian-Israeli arena. Any escalation in Lebanon is now increasingly viewed through the prism of the U.S.-Iran dynamic.
B. At the same time, the Trump administration's handling of the crisis underscores Washington's determination to preserve momentum toward an understanding with Iran and prevent potential spoilers, including developments in Lebanon, from derailing that effort.
C. Nevertheless, the situation in Lebanon remains highly unstable. Israel and Hezbollah continue to interpret the current understandings in fundamentally different ways. Israel maintains that it retains freedom of action across Lebanon except Beirut, while Hezbollah insists that any Israeli military activity violates the ceasefire framework. These competing interpretations create significant potential for renewed friction and escalation on the ground.
D. Even if Washington and Tehran reach an agreement in the coming week, as President Trump recently suggested may be possible, Lebanon is likely to remain a point of contention. The absence of a mutually accepted framework governing Israel's continued military operations in Lebanon leaves ample room for future crises.
E. More fundamentally, Israel appears to lack a coherent long-term strategy for Lebanon. Even a major strike in Beirut's Dahieh district would be unlikely to fundamentally alter Hezbollah's military capabilities or strategic posture. Paradoxically, a more stable arrangement in Lebanon could create opportunities for advancing dialogue between Israel and the Lebanese government, rather than relying exclusively on military pressure.
F. Israel's strategic position is becoming increasingly complex. Jerusalem has struggled to influence Washington's pursuit of an agreement with Iran. Tehran's success in linking multiple theaters of conflict has further constrained Israeli flexibility. While the campaign conducted alongside the United States created unprecedented opportunities for Israel, it also increased Israeli dependence on the administration's priorities. At present, the White House appears focused above all on advancing a diplomatic understanding with Iran, and regional actors, including Israel are being forced to adapt to that reality.
Bottom Line, The central strategic question is no longer whether Lebanon can be isolated from the broader U.S.-Iran relationship. Iran has largely ensured that it cannot. The real challenge now is whether Washington can simultaneously pursue an agreement with Tehran while preventing Lebanon from becoming the next trigger for regional escalation.
