Western Growers and @WWF recently hosted a field tour at @GoodFarms to spotlight the Global Farm Loss Tool: a grower-focused resource that helps track on-farm food loss, identify causes and uncover practical, scalable solutions to turn potential waste into opportunity.

Also present on the tour were representatives from @compassgroupusa, @guckenheimer_, @FoodLion, @AholdDelhaize, @Walmart and #ChickfilA, all signatories of the U.S. Food Waste Pact, an initiative co-led by @refed and World Wildlife Fund.

This is part of a broader effort to support farmers in improving efficiency, reducing loss, and maximizing the value of every harvest while simultaneously supporting buyers to find alternative surplus channels that can support their bottom line.
