@TfL I checked the machine and it had charged me one fare from royal Albert to Whitechapel changing at Custom House

@tfl very poor system at Custom House station - there needs to be very visible signs on the dlr platform about the rather strange touch out rules. TBH your system should be able to track a change between the DLR and the Elizabeth line with a simple reprogram
