@ATBBTTR He’s a boras agent which is probably the biggest reason. Plus he signed with Big League Advance which Tatis Jr I believe is currently suing. Potentially not a bad idea to wait that out before locking in something long term.

@CJNitkowski That’s just part of his value. Probably some in game stuff that needs to be resolved. He had a game vs the reds last season where he was removed mid at bat as a pitcher due to injury (cramps) but stayed in as a hitter. That felt like a stretch to the rules

@bryce_spalding Higher: McLain. Shoulder surgery recovery windows are so much longer than they are billed out to be. First “healthy” season is typically a lost season IMO.

Lower: Ashcraft. Granted IDK if anyone is high on him but he’s a bulk junk innings go to me.

@RedsDaily4 My main thought would be if Lux is going to start at DH over Sal then they just need to trade Sal now and get as much value as possible. No sense in wasting his talent and youth.
