ஒரு கம்பெனி ஊழியர் அவரோட HR கிட்ட எனக்கு வேலைக்கு வரவே பிடிக்கல என்றார்.

உடனே HR ஓக்கே. ஆனால் ஏன்? என்றார்.

அதற்கு அந்த ஊழியர், "இங்கே அதிகமா அடுத்தவர்களை பற்றியும் அவர்களின் நடத்தைகளை பற்றியும் அதிகம் புறம் பேசுறாங்க, யாருமே தங்களோட வேலைகளை பார்ப்பதில்லை, ஒருத்தரின் பேச்சே சரியில்லை, மேலும் சில பேர் அதிகம் அலுவல் வேலையிலேயும் அரசியல் செய்றார், எனக்கு பிடிக்கலே அதனாலே வேலையை விட்டு போகப் போறேன்" என்றார்..

உடனே HR, "சரி நீ போறதுக்கு முன்னர் நான் சொல்றதை மட்டும் செஞ்சுட்டுப்போ" என்றார். அதாவது "ஒரு கிளாஸ்லே தண்ணீரை எடுத்துக்கோ, ஒரு சொட்டுக்கூட கீழே சிந்தாமல் தூக்கிப் புடிச்சிக்கிட்டு இந்த அலுவலகம் முழுதும் சுற்றி வந்துவிட்டு அப்புறம் நீ நினைப்பது போல் வேலையை விட்டுப்போ" என்றார்.

அந்த employeeயும் HR சொன்னதுபோல் ஒரு ரவுண்ட் போய்விட்டு திரும்பவும் HR கிட்டே பெருமையா சொன்னார் "பார்த்தீங்களா ஒரு சொட்டு தண்ணீர்கூட சிந்தாமல் வெற்றிகரமா திரும்ப அப்படியே கொண்டு வந்துவிட்டேன்".

அதுக்கு அந்த HR, "வாழ்த்துக்கள், இப்போ நீ இந்த அலுவலகத்தை சுற்றி வரும்போது நீ புகாரா சொன்ன எதையாவது எந்த employeeயாவது புறமோ அரசியலோ அடுத்தவரை பற்றியோ பேசினாங்களா" என்று கேட்டார்.

அந்த employee "இல்லவே இல்லை" என்று பதிலலித்தார்.

"ஏன்னு தெரியுமா?" என்றார் HR..

அதுக்கு இவர் "தெரியாது " என்றார்.

உடனே HR, "அவங்க பேசிருப்பாங்க ஆனா உன் காதுலே அது விழுந்திருக்காது. ஏன்னா உன் கவனம் முழுதும் தண்ணீர் நிரம்பிய கிளாஸுலேயும் அது சிந்திடக்கூடாது என்பதுலேயுமே இருந்தது. நம்ம வாழ்க்கையிலேயும் இதே சம்பவம்தான், நம்ம கவனம் முழுதும் எந்த முன்னுரிமையில் இருக்கோ, அடுத்தவர் என்னா பேசுறார், செய்கிறார் என்பதில் கவனம் செலுத்த நமக்கு நேரமிருக்காது"...
