The Babus at railways and @IRCTCofficial have made it extremely difficult for citizens to get Tatkal tickets, especially during summer vacations.
But the same will be available through agents easily.

If any post goes viral, IRCTC would accept that for that specific day they faced an issue and will regret the inconvenience! But this is a daily problem that citizens face.

Railways need to end this Agent-Babu nexus in IRCTC!

The 'experiencing high load' issue kept surfacing till 10:10am post which, all Tatkal tickets were booked.

From the last 3 days trying to book tatkal ticket from irctc website. Everytime getting the error "We are experiencing high load." after 4-5 minutes when everything works fine, then the tickets are already wait listed. @RailMinIndia @RailMadad @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi

This is very disappointed with @IRCTCofficial Tatkal booking system. During Tatkal booking, the app closes automatically and repeatedly shows “high load” errors, making it impossible to book tickets on time. #IRCTC #Tatkal #IndianRailways #highload @AshwiniVaishnaw

The IRCTC website is completely broken.

Every day at 10 AM for tatkal, millions get an error message saying "high load, please retry". When the site finally works at 10:07 AM, all the tickets are sold out.

This definitely reeks of corruption. It was not like this even 2 years ago.
