Deciding to pivot in business is real- it takes lots of critical thinking, analysis, and in the end a gut instinct to make a decision that you think is best and being willing to jump into the unknown.
@seanfrank The only possible way I can ever see it working is going very very category specific. Otherwise literally no synergies or cross over- different retailers, different suppliers, different problems, different marketing, etc. and even then itβs sooo tough
