@BjCruickshank @thomas_jaki I recall telling a cab driver in Edinburgh that we fancied moving there. His response was we don’t f**king want more of you lot here!😂
@spainlover19631@benjstanfield17@Hulstone In France they have capped the rise to 4%. There may be a wholesale energy price shock but this problem here is bad Government. Rishi is still charging VAT on this!
@DonnyBrewery I can very much relate to this. It seems to be happening with greater regularity as I get older and can go on for months. Speaking out is very important as is getting the best medication and unfortunately complete giving up drinking (for me at least). These things do pass though
@Tim_Burgess@engineshed 30 years since I first went to one of your gigs. Just 14 years old! Absolutely fantastic tonight, the sound was brilliant as well.
@joewarwick When they tell you it’s an issue but personally I’d rather listen to someone like Andy Hayler who actually does know what he’s on about over “pro” restaurant “critics”
@Richardvines I’m hearing this a lot from friends of mine. No idea what’s going on, probably Brexiteers moaning because all the European staff have gone home.
Honest tweet now. This account is run by frontline NHS staff. There’s just 3 of us. We have tried our best to get out what is happening on the ground. But we are completely exhausted. If you support what we are doing pls will you follow & RT this to your followers? Thank you 🙏🏻
@DonnyBrewery@RutlandArmsChef@GaryUsher_ I was talking to Tommy Banks about the lamb belly bao with fermented turnip that they used to serve at Roots. That description didn’t put anyone off, it was so popular they took it off the menu as Roots was becoming a Bao factory!
@DonnyBrewery@RutlandArmsChef@GaryUsher_ You can’t make it sound more appealing so make it sound intriguing instead. We have a dish that I call the burnt onion, not appealing but gets people engaged.
