To clarify, I don’t think that’s the case here. But producers doing this are driving good employees out of the industry. Can’t expect a guy with a wife and kids at home to work a 14 hour day with no notice when his normal shift is 8 hours.

Good help is hard to find right now. If you’re a business owner, make sure you respect your employees personal time. You can’t expect your employees to run themselves ragged and be on call 24/7 for YOUR business. Reward those that go above and beyond, but don’t take advantage.

@KMMcCammack Speed queen with the agitator. My husband pumps manure and it’s the only thing that gets everything clean. Don’t get a front loader no matter what you do. Adding oxiclean and a sanitizer helps too.
