I’ve never seen a mukbang targeted at people with EDs

So it’s a little bit of a different area than a direct jab at a that kind of trauma. But i see what you’re saying

This isn’t dark humor it’s just awful. It’s inconsiderate and awful to survivors of abuse whether or not some people find it funny on the internet.
