Over the last few years I've launched an app which now has 1500+ users and 12 B2B paying customers.
Here's 4 minutes of my thoughts on how to launch an app idea cheaply and quickly.
Hope this helps someone take step 1 !

Customer Success Story⛳
This season we had the pleasure of working with Gullane Golf Club in changing the way they operate their caddie programme.
Now, administrative hours at Gullane have reduced from 20 hours a week to just 10! 💥🤛
Saving the club around £7000!!

Cold calling can be intimidating.
I’ve made 5000+ cold calls over the last 5 years.
But having a framework and process for this can be game changing.
Here’s an insight into what a realistic cold calling session looking like at a SAAS start up

Here's 3 helpful resources to launch an app:
1. @figma - For rapidly prototyping your idea for free.
2. @NotionHQ - For prioritising. Perhaps too early to invest in a CRM at this point.
3.@ycombinator- Youtube vids are free mentorship
What else?

Working as a caddie was one of the most valuable I’ve had in life:
Taught me how to:
-Create engaging conversations
-Work hard
-Put others needs before mine
- Read someone’s personality
It inspired me to:
- Start a business @handicaddie
-Move countries

3. Find a Co-Founder early on 🤝
I paid over £50k to build my app. But, I could have done that for free.
If you can code, you might not need someone at this stage.
If you can’t, seek someone with a similar passion to help you build this in their spare time.
We just finished a 5 day “sprint” building a new feature for our start-up @handicaddie.
We followed the structure of Jake Knapp’s “Sprint ” methodology.
The goal is to build and test a prototype of a new feature in 5 days.
Here’s 5 things I’ve learnt..

5. Things won’t go to plan
Designs will break, you may forget to press record on a customer interview( both happens to us)!
However, the goal we were seeking this week was fast progress on an idea and not perfection.
And that we achieved ✅
