We have been without broadband for nearly 2 months now. We have had 4 orders cancelled, numerous mini-hubs and a coil of fibre cable hanging out of our brickwork. I’m sure @virginmedia can do better??

@EE Another call to resolve the situation and now I’m being told that @EE want another £20 per month more than our original order for less bandwidth. Shocking !!

@EE I have spoken with connections numerous times, logged complaints and still we are no further forward. Our next steps will be to raise a complaint with the communications ombudsman. Where is the customer care in all of this?

@WeAreOpenreach @EE @MarcAllera can you jump in here? The coordination between these companies is a shambles. The system is either broken, overloaded or both. The people on the end of the phone don’t seem to have answers and my patience is growing thin.

@WeAreOpenreach Unfortunately Paul @EE give the same reply every time, that it’s @WeAreOpenreach who have cancelled the order. Apparently the delay causes a timeout on the booking system.
