@united one trip-8+hrs of delays and over 4 hrs on hold for “customer service”. Now return trip.5hrs of delays for the computer issues. To be put on a BUS to drive to the plane where we sit on the hot tarmac for 45min to be told our flight was cancelled. On hold again. #DoBetter
