@glmuller@Brady_H Yes, does seem disappointing to me. First order effect is: at 70, you're likely healthy. At 80, you likely have 1-3 diseases. At 90, you're likely dead. Third order effect: slight improvement with high CRF.
@KanekoaTheGreat I think I can make out "TSA" on the back of the last of the wall flowers when they turn and run away so that explains who they are and why they're running away.
@EricLDaugh Sounding the alarm? It's way too late for that. It's been obvious for a long time that Thune was not going to help Trump or MAGA in any way. The Senate Republicans are complicit in this by having an election between Thune and Cornyn, and not changing leadership after that.
@Giovann35084111 What happens if price suddenly drops to 40k? Does the difficulty adjustment drop the mining cost of most efficient miners to 40k? Or does the mining network stop? Or something else happens?
@TheRealPlanC Let's say for sake of argument that the price falls to $40k. What happens then? Does the difficulty adjustment bring the lowest cost down to $40k? Or all miners stop mining because all are unprofitable? Or something else?
@david_eng_mba Re: the unstoppable force
What about the argument that part of the unstoppable force is hedge funds buying IBIT and selling futures, so it's not a "real" force pushing bitcoin price higher?
