@Austen yea, agreed... it can behave nearly identically to options. Most employees don't exercise options anyway (particularly if given more a long exercise window).

@adamhjk@Austen For our first startup we were very cheap, purchased task chairs for everyone that were rated for 4 hours. We didn’t understand the rating until the second day when a chair shot out from underneath @asherhunt as he was leaning forward… at exactly 4 hours.
@Austen true, honestly we have like 20 extra of these $1k chairs in our austin office from the previous tenants that I value at $0.
