This woman always ignores the 'no kids' policy and brings her daughter—who causes problems every time. This visit, the kid spills drink all over the nail tech's MacBook. Now it won't turn on.

Tech (calm but firm): 'Every time you bring her, she ruins everything. I've told you multiple times—no children.'

Mom: 'I didn't know she'd go behind the desk.'

Tech: 'Why is she behind the reception desk? Why is she wandering?'

Mom: 'If kids come here, childproof the place or have someone at the desk.'

Tech: 'The policy is no children—you keep bringing her. I shouldn't have to hire a babysitter for your kid. They shouldn't even be here!'

Tech expects mom to cover repair ($800) or replace ($1k).

Mom: 'Can't afford it.'

Tech: 'Just please leave.'

I seriously hope this nail tech doesn't book this mom in the future.

Small business boundaries matter—hope she sticks to her policy next time. 💅
