B. Time for the Agatha Christie murder mystery style option. Gather all four, reveal the sabotage and compare their reactions. Let Garak ask the pleasantly uncomfortable questions while Odo and Data watch for tells and Daniel listens for anything that doesn’t add up. Don’t reveal Dunsel’s evidence yet, someone in that room knows more than they’re saying. #Amalgaverse
B. Stall. Let’s see the warrant. While Robespierre buries Kordath under enough jurisdictional arguments to make even a Klingon fear paperwork, Scotty can get the Enterprise back to full strength. Zax stays aboard, shields stay up, and we prepare in case the negotiations become… less diplomatic. #Amalgaverse

An $Open Letter to @nejatian - Opendoor Needs the Market to See What’s Coming 🤔
Kaz,
Ahead of tomorrow’s earnings, I wanted to share a few thoughts. I’m just a small retail investor, and I know you and your team understand the housing and capital markets far better than I do. These are simply observations from someone who believes in Opendoor’s potential.
The housing sector is already looking ahead. Several homebuilders have rallied 20–30% or more from their lows, despite recent results still showing weakness. Lennar and D.R. Horton reported declining orders and deliveries. Even Zillow, with revenue up 7% to $724M, fell roughly 15–20% after disappointing results.
The market is beginning to price in what comes next: lower yields, improving affordability, government initiatives and potentially more supportive Fed policy.
Opendoor deserves to be evaluated on that same forward-looking basis.
Tomorrow’s numbers may not yet reflect improving housing activity or the full impact of Opendoor 2.0 - List with Opendoor, Buy with Opendoor, the 3P marketplace, Home Loans and new partnerships.
But the market needs to see tangible progress.
A few ideas worth considering:
1. Make Opendoor 2.0 measurable. Regularly share 3P transaction volume, product adoption, conversion rates, contribution profit and partnership milestones.
2. Protect shareholder value. Consider buybacks when financially responsible, and prioritize value per share over unnecessary dilution. Avoid further equity issuance unless it creates compelling long-term value.
3. Address the warrants. Explore shareholder-friendly solutions such as negotiated repurchases, extensions or other adjustments that could reduce future dilution and uncertainty.
4. Demonstrate insider confidence. Insider purchases, continued ownership and avoiding sales at deeply depressed valuations, where legally and personally appropriate, could send a powerful signal.
I’m sure you and your team have many more ideas and tools - probably better ones than anything I could suggest. I simply believe the current share price does not reflect the opportunity ahead.
Other housing stocks are already pricing in a recovery that hasn’t fully appeared in their financials.
Opendoor shouldn’t be left behind.
I remain a believer in the vision. Now it’s time to make sure the market sees it too.
And one last thought: Opendoor already has something many companies would love to have - a huge, passionate OPEN Army. Many of us are currently underwater and perhaps a little depressed by the stock price, but we’re still here, still believers and still behind the vision.
Don’t underestimate that community. If Opendoor gets the fundamentals and the market moving in the same direction, this Army could turn into a tsunami 🌊🤞🏻
