@arrivayorkshire well, these bus journeys get worse by the day. Sat on the 10.35 Lofthouse to Leeds 110 service and asked a middle aged man to remove his muddy feet from the seat and was met with abuse and threat to spit on me. I really despair. I wish id taken the car

@VrboUK terrible service. Booked a cottage in Oct. Owner took the money then canceled. No explanation. First I knew was the money back in my account. Contacted owner who said ‘sorry to cancel, hope you find something else’. Spoke to VRBO. Awful woman who laughed. Property 1851835
@MartinSLewis Neither can they solve why my smart meter registers high usage (more than just the fridge being on) when I’m not resident at my address for weeks at a time. I’ve had three different stories from their customer service advisors now
@MartinSLewis I have just spent an hour on the phone with British Gas and they cannot tell me why their own DD discount % doesn’t add up to their actual advertised rates. They also can’t point me to a policy doc that explains it.

@BritishGasHelp Grrr, I'm so fed up of your poor service. You randomly switched me to monthly payments - a have ALWAYS paid quarterly. After an hour on the phone last month you promised this had been resolved. NOW I have ANOTHER monthly bill and you are starting dept collection!
@BritishGasHelp I’m fed up to the back teeth with the service. It’s impossible to speak to a human. When I eventually managed it they promised a call back at 3.15pm. Nothing! And now the service number just cuts you off
