@GWRHelp thanks 4 reply to earlier tweet. The situation on this train was an absolute disgrace. I spent 25 mins physically pressed between 2 men & couldn’t move. Someone vomited by us & my children couldn’t move away. Felt really unsafe. Why did allow that many people to travel?

@GWRHelp the utter joy of paying a fortune to travel like this, with kids. The seats I booked are half way down the carriage - no chance of getting to them. Instead we’re crammed standing in a doorway with the door repeatedly closing on my daughter 👍😂🚞
