AMSC were proposed as the foundational movements that underpin all athletic movements. 💪
I have used my "cone stack" drill as an asessment tool for years. It helps the coaches to identify so many components to movement. Simple drill but shows a lot of "good" stuff. Plus, the athletes love this drill so they usually go all out.
@RussoHockey@MSHSL@JerryBorough There is more going on with this and the @MSHSL that probably would be a great story. This was also an issue with girl and boys high School hockey state tournament for a significant Youth and Highschool Hockey website.
