@RosaryQuotes123 Not Catholic, but was touched by her story. The priest who took the Eucharist to her while she was in hospital said in an interview that he got lost one day trying to finding her room. She somehow clairvoyantly knew this and communicated to her sister to go and find the priest.

@scottdomes This is why sacrifice was a big deal and communion still is. The former was a meal that is shared with God and others at the temple and the latter is literally God's body offered for you, intimately. Heaven is the positive experience of being in the presence of your maker.
