@gregbagwell @Mr_Andrew_Fox How is France able do do all these things? They sent a carrier group to the Pacific a year or so ago and are sending one to the Middle East now. They have far more active-service soldiers than we do. Plus nukes. All on a smaller defence budget than ours.
