@takebackmyday This made me think of something: I'm usually a nice person, but whenever I really feel that I was treated wrong I write or call to complain. And I'm pretty blunt in that case. Well in 99% of the cases i receive some kind of compensation. My lesson? If you don't ask you don't get.
