How to be more than the sum of our parts?
>COLLABORATION, the focus of this year's leadership team retreat. Over 2 intense days, using the 4C Model(Contribution, Creativity, Consent, Communication) we found exciting new paths forward to combine our opto, electro, & bio research!
Congrats and thanks a lot to all authors: Maximilian Hörner, Wilfried Weber and especially Nadine Urban for her exceptional work and commitment👏 Appreciation to Christine Hartmann her invaluable assistance with the press release🙏

Our research group had an amazing time at the @Saar_Uni Open Day! Together with @ShrikrishnanS, we showcased our research in a fun and unique way (see as an example our colorful vegan caviar). Thanks to everyone who stopped by! @Leibniz_INM
In today's Open Day @Saar_Uni, we showed the public how much fun materials science can be!
People could build their own batteries, 3D print artificial seeds, play with non-newtonian fluids, eat self-made vegan caviar, and much more - 🧵
