The world is short 6 million nurses, tha is half of the global health worker shortage and a crisis we cannot ignore.
Speaking to @SABCNews, ICN CEO @HowardCatton was clear: this isn’t just about training new nurses. Countries must invest in nursing education, faculty, support systems, and just as critically, retain the nurses they already have.
The solution is clear:
