@Atvasco84 Do you think the Chopurov news is true? His posts on Instagram, that TikTok source, etc. seem to be hinting at it but I’ve seen some people on here claim that it’s fake news so idk what to believe. If he himself was talking about good news and was with the sports minister

@Atvasco84 @MMA__Matchmaker “Good news to come” and is with the ministry of youth and sports. So maybe Baku/Abu Dhabi debut? Only other thing would be a Rizin/PFL or toehr big promotion signing but idk if I see that, seems maybe UFC might be on the table

Although, I don’t think it’s a hint and he most likely will go to PFL. Shame as he will be mismanaged. Better off with MVP tbh

@VampiricLegz I’m still hesitant on Namo as I feel if he wins but MVP does event 2 in December or early 2027, and want him back he’d take 40k+ over the 12/12 for contender contract

@FrontRowBrian Yeah, I’d say like 2-3 years max, but if some UFC guys have an exodus there then maybe they will actually be a promotion.

@FrontRowBrian I definitely think MVP if they can poach talent will stay, if they can’t and rely on the free agents/same big names I think there will be diminishing returns in viewers.

@FrontRowBrian I wonder if a second event could capture that same amount. Like I doubt Ronda fights again, will people really turn in at those waves for just Ngannou or Perry/ Diaz? Plus a lot of people were shitting on the fights after so how many people tuned in and watched and won’t again?
