@CorriveauNick I agree 100%. And there's certainly some MDs who still reap benefits from this system. But the right path forward is not by setting up an "us vs them" scenario
@CorriveauNick There's definitely a historical MD-centric bias in Qc. Maybe it was driven by MDs at some point. But it doesn't reflect my current experience. At least in my institution, there are no MDs machiavellically plotting how to perpetuate this bias. Every member of the team is valued.
