🚨TRAPH: the great mimicker we rarely talk about

In our study of 52 adults with severe pulmonary HTN- most were headed toward advanced imaging or anticoagulation.

But the diagnosis? TRAPH: 100% responded to IV thiamine. Mortality: 0%.
