Reports emerging from Kuntani Gwadar describe a deeply troubling situation in which firing by security forces particularly the Coast Guard on Baloch labourers has resulted in dozens martyred and several others seriously injured. The incident has further intensified growing concerns over escalating tensions and heavy militarization along the coastal region of Balochistan where civilian life is increasingly shaped by insecurity, fear and restricted mobility. The tragedy deepened further as there was reportedly not even a single ambulance available to rescue the wounded, forcing local people to carry injured victims on their shoulders and in private vehicles in desperate attempts to save lives. Gwadar is widely promoted as a mega development hub and a symbol of economic progress and strategic investment. However, on the ground the reality for many Baloch people is very different. Despite the narratives of growth and prosperity, indigenous people continue to face severe hardship including enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings and increasing restrictions on movement and livelihood.
We cannot afford any more loss of Baloch lives. We cannot remain silent in the face of continued violence, insecurity and recurring reports of serious human rights violations in Balochistan. We raise our voice on every platform to highlight this suffering and demand urgent attention to the situation on the ground. We urge international human rights bodies to closely monitor the situation and ensure that credible, independent investigations are conducted and that accountability is established in accordance with international law. The protection of civilian life and dignity must remain the highest priority.

The Baloch Women Forum strongly condemns the arrest of Fozia Baloch and the reported crackdown on the family of Dad Shah at the Karachi Press Club. Fozia Baloch had gone to hold a press conference regarding the safe recovery of her brother Dad Shah Baloch who was reportedly abducted by security forces in Karachi.
The reported detention of family members while they were peacefully attempting to address the media reflects a serious violation of fundamental rights. The obstruction of a press conference and the silencing of affected families raises grave concerns regarding freedom of expression. We call upon the relevant authorities to immediately release all detained family members.
Khadija Baloch's enforced disappearance is not merely a matter of one individual but reflects alarming trend where the disappearances of Baloch women are gradually taking the shape of a dangerous "normalization."

We pay Tribute to Martyred Dr. Mannan Baloch and His Companions: Central Spokesperson BNM
The Central Spokesperson of the Baloch National Movement stated that the party pays solemn tribute to its great leader and former Central Secretary General, Shaheed Dr. Mannan Baloch, along with his fellow Martyrs of Mastung; Babu Nauroz, Ashraf Baloch, Hanif Baloch, and Sajid Baloch, on their martyrdom anniversary, with deep devotion, respect, and a renewed pledge of allegiance.
The life and martyrdom of Dr. Mannan Baloch represent a luminous chapter in the Baloch national struggle, in which character, sacrifice, and integrity were upheld as guiding principles in the fight for national freedom. He was not merely an individual; he embodied an entire chapter of thought, direction, and resistance. The continuity of this vision has enabled the Baloch National Movement to remain steadfast today in the arenas of both politics and resistance.
BNM firmly believes that the sacrifices of martyrs are never in vain. The blood of Dr. Mannan Baloch and his fellow martyrs is a beacon in our national history, illuminating our path through the darkness of subjugation.
We reiterate our unwavering pledge that the sacrifices of Dr. Mannan Baloch and his companions will ultimately bear fruit in the form of freedom. The light of their blood will continue to guide us until we achieve our national objective. Our struggle is not a temporary reaction but a long-term, principled, and ideological journey, rooted in the dreams and sacrifices of our martyrs and in the collective aspirations of the nation.
On this occasion, the Baloch National Movement calls upon all its zones and chapters to organize commemorative programs in memory of Shaheed Dr. Mannan Baloch and his fellow martyrs. These programs should highlight the political and intellectual contributions of the martyrs, the objectives of their struggle, and the responsibilities of BNM in advancing the cause of freedom.
In conclusion, the spokesperson appealed to all party members and the Baloch nation to regard the mission of Shaheed Dr. Mannan Baloch and his comrades as a shared national responsibility. The most meaningful way to honor the martyrs is to further strengthen our ideology, our organization, and our struggle.

Balochs were always praised for their bravery and pride but today i feel dishearten when i hear that people say, they do not get themselves involve in this mess to avoid disturbance.
This is where our people are standing today!
