48 Uyghur Turk brothers and sisters detained in Thailand are in danger of being extradited to China. If they are extradited, most likely that they will face grave consequences such as torture, imprisonment and gross human rights violations.

This issue is a test not only for Uyghur Turks, but also for human dignity and international conscience. As the Republic of Türkiye, we have always stood by the oppressed throughout our history, and have never hesitated to defend human rights and justice. Now is the time to act again!

It is unacceptable that even Marco Rubio, who was nominated by US President Trump for Secretary of State, reacted to this situation, while the Turkish foreign ministry remained silent!

I call on our Foreign Minister Mr. @HakanFidan, our Ambassador to Beijing Mr. @ihakkimusa and all our competent institutions and the international community to take urgent steps to stop this human tragedy.

Where consciences are silent, humanity loses!

Her father Abdurahman Obul took 3 kids escaped persecution by China in 2014. They jailed in Thailand, she got released with 2 brothers, her father being detained. She tried everything to take care of her 2 brothers and cried for help to save her father. she died hopelessly in bed
