Travelling on a @GWRHelp train again today reminds me how miserable it is. Book a seat in the “quiet” carriage just to be able to read and there is always people shouting conversations etc. 99% of the time they have no idea it’s a quiet area because the signs are so tiny! 🤦🏼♂️
@GWRHelp WHEN oh WHEN are you finally going to improve the bloody quiet carriage signage on these new trains? There is one tiny sign at one end of the carriage, it’s a complete #joke
@BTSSwindon I’m not sure this dad quite understood the point of the scheme as he let his kids jump out the car to scan their fobs before getting back in and driving off! On Roman Crescent in Old Town this morning #facepalm#beatthestreetswindon
Oh god, it appears now even my 7:15 SWI to PAD @GWRHelp service has now fallen foul of the dreaded “3 standard class carriages” journey of doom. Great.
@GWRHelp on the delayed 18:00 PAD to SWI in carriage A and it’s absolutely sweltering, like, no air con whatsoever. What’s going on? You’re going to have people passing out!
@networkrail I’m sick and tired of hearing that there are “signalling problems” causing delays on the SWI to PAD route. Absolutely disgusting service, whatever you’re doing (or not doing more likely), it’s wrong #incompetent
17:15 PAD to SWI cancelled, and the 17:30 with 5 coaches instead of 10? Sort your shit out @GWRHelp! I’m getting utterly sick of this cancelling/shortening of services at peak times #incompetent
@GWRHelp the signs that tell people the quiet carriage is in fact a quiet carriage on these #GWRNewTrains is absolutely awful. ONE tiny sign on the back of the doors?!
@GWRHelp It wouldn’t matter if I did Rachel, you also haven’t put those out either. No doubt “late from the depot” or some other awful excuse? Why aren’t more of the #GWRNewTrains in service yet?!?
@GWRHelp WHY is there still “no coach B available” on the 7:14 SWI to PAD?! This was the case last week as well. Horribly crowded. Where are all these magical new trains you keep banging on about? Awful experience as always!
@GWRHelp@mljbond007 Can I suggest that maybe you should have “worked with” them before releasing them to your customers who already pay an extortionate amount for this terrible service?
