Ms. Nandita Chogtham, a teacher at Sagolband Rishikul Upper Primary School, Manipur, has embraced innovative pedagogy by forming a Teachers Volunteer Team with 16 colleagues. Together, they developed 40 teaching-learning materials (TLMs) in the first phase and expanded this to 4,000 TLMs across schools in subsequent phases.
