I advice all my fellow buisenessmen to not to use @Paytm or @PaytmBank for business transactions. They blocked my account over a random complaint. My money is blocked and the customer care center is just ignoring my complaint. @jagograhakjago is there a solution?

@AOSmithin A technician came and changed the thermostat but still its taking an hour to heat the water whereas my other water heater of @havellsindia heats it in 10mins.

@AOSmithin Customer care service allotted me your diligent technician Divaker (7290818437) who had the audacity to ask for visiting charges on the complaint of a new water heater and Sir said he cant give me a timing of his visit and will come in the evening as per his convenience.
