A frustrating moment for a customer - when they cannot simply update their Phone Number on basic credit card apps. Typical example - @cards_uni denies to update my phone number. Just because they “cannot”.

Plus reaching out to your customer support is even more funny - like a spineless robot, telling to wait, and have no escalation matrix, or an update. Just “wait for 24-48 hours”. Its not resolution, its poking a customer to frustration.

@ZARA @ZARA_Care you guys should shut you brand. Scamming customers in the name of refunds is something new. I see customers who are chasing you for their “validated” refund cases, for months and you guys keep telling “be patient”. I have joined the same race. Case 54535461068

@AnuragAg9 @sankaaravind @RapidoCares Same happened with me. It’s extremely difficult to get support from @RapidoCares they will just find excuses to delay. I did not get my phone too. Ola and Uber are far better than Rapido in such things!

Its an irritating “experience” in the automobile sector in India. You go and just look at options - and the brand is after your pocket to blindly make a purchase.
On Sunday, I got 30+ calls (all different numbers) from @TataMotors to buy their car.
