I went to take my cylinder after booking ,,i got the otp and price of cylinder ,which is showing 964.5 but they took 970 rupees.per head they are charging 4.50p..Is this correct ,looting public money is your company motto ..

I purchased an Exide battery on 12 August 2024. After some time, the battery developed a problem, and I was given a replacement battery on 10 June 2025.

request you to please inspect the battery and provide a proper and permanent solution. If the battery is found to be defective, I request you to replace it with a new battery under warranty.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
