Can someone please explain to me how the Sudanese wannabe murderer was granted asylum in Britain after passing through BOTH France and Ireland?
Was he not safe in either of those two countries?
How messed up is the asylum system exactly?
The CA Legislature tried to strike these words from the state constitution in 2020 (put there by Prop 209 in 1996). The voters smacked them down when 57.23% said NO—despite the YES campaign outspending the NO team by more than 14 to 1. Now they’re trying again—calling it a “clarification” instead of an effort to gut the provision’s application to public education. Don’t believe them. If approved by the voters, this would be a major change. The aim is to pave the way for the recommendations of California’s Task Force on Reparations. The Task Force wants to make college free to African Americans no matter how well off their parents are and to get school districts to fund individual schools based on the race of the students who attend.

Why is it the burden of the people to prove the fraud to the letter of the laws crafted to conceal the fraud, rather than on the government to prove the elections are legitimate and to offer maximum transparency?

Here are three compelling reasons to think the Book of Mormon is not a historical work:
1. Lack of archaeological confirmation
Most Bibles contain maps that describe where important biblical events took place. You can visit the ruins of cities described in the Bible. The same is not true for the Book of Mormon. The book itself contains no maps; moreover, there are no references to where the events it describes took place. None of the sites described in the Book of Mormon have ever been found, and even LDS scholars don’t agree on the general location of where the events in the book took place.
According to the National Geographic Society, “Archaeologists and other scholars have long probed the hemisphere’s past, and the society does not know of anything found so far that has substantiated the Book of Mormon.”
Although it is possible that evidence for the events in the Book of Mormon lies deep underground waiting to be discovered, this lack of evidence does not bode well for the book’s claims to being historical.
2. The existence of anachronisms
The Book of Mormon describes many things that did not exist in the Americas during the time when the events in the Book of Mormon allegedly took place. These include animals (dogs, horses, cows, elephants), plants (barley and wheat), fabrics (silk), metals (steel and iron), and technologies (swords and chariots).
Although it is possible (in the barest sense of the term) that these items are waiting to be discovered by archaeologists or that these modern words refer to completely different things (such as when Europeans used the term “water horse” to describe a hippopotamus), it’s more likely that these anachronisms are evidence of Joseph Smith’s lack of knowledge about ancient America and more proof that the Book of Mormon is a work of fiction.
3. Evidence of plagiarism
Significant portions of the Book of Mormon consist of a word-for-word copy of the King James Version of the Bible. These include dozens of whole chapters from the prophet Isaiah as well as scores of verses from the New Testament. Especially troubling are passages like Moroni 7:44-47 that copy large portions of the New Testament but do not cite those passages.
Since the New Testament wasn’t available for the Nephites (the people whose history the Book of Mormon allegedly records) to copy and place in their own records, these passages most likely came from Smith’s recollection of the Bible.
Provoking someone to use force with the intent of having a pretext to kill them is absolutely "provocation" under Texas law for the purpose of stripping the provoker of the legal defense of self-defense.
The speed with which Karmelo Anthony shoved the knife into Austin Metcalf's chest the moment he was touched--or even BEFORE he was touched, by one witnesses' testimony--makes clear that provoking with intent to kill was PRECISELY what he was doing.
It is ABSOLUTELY amazing that they tried to end Hegseth’s nomination over an overtly and socially acceptable Christian tattoo by calling it Nazi symbolism but actively pretend that an actual Nazi tattoo is nbd.
*Amazing but not surprising.
California counties are not removing inactive registrations that have been continuously inactive without voting history for two or more consecutive general federal elections.
As of December 9, 2025, 873,092 California registrations had been continuously inactive for at least two general federal elections;
326,808 of these had been continuously inactive for at least three general federal elections;
151,202 had been continuously inactive for at least four general federal elections; and
33,922 had been continuously inactive for at least five general federal elections—that is, since before November 5, 2016.
Let that sink in.

It’s been just over two months since I completed my EPIC Treatment at @cognitivefx, and I’ve got to say, I feel hopeful that I’m on the road to recovery.
As you can see in the picture below, when I first started this journey, there were a lot of issues going on. But after two weeks of intensive work and rehab, and I mean intensive, my brain scores improved drastically!
Most importantly, I’ve continued to apply the tools and habits I learned there into my daily life, and I’m feeling better.
I’ve put on about 15 pounds and am back near my old playing weight of around 217. That’s a huge improvement from a couple years ago when I got as low as 180 pounds, had no energy, and didn’t know what the heck was wrong with me.
If you’ve been struggling with head injuries, I’d definitely recommend looking into what Cognitive FX is providing. And for anybody struggling with POTS, good news: they just started a POTS program there, and I believe they’ll be able to help a lot of people.
Thanks again to the team at Cognitive FX. I’m grateful for the progress and looking forward to continuing to get back to my old self!
