US-based Fusion Flight has unveiled the Jet Quad, a compact VTOL drone powered by four microturbine jet engines.
It runs on diesel, kerosene, or Jet-A fuel and features thrust-vectoring for precise control.
The drone is designed for emergency supply delivery, border surveillance, and law enforcement.
ℂ × ℝ³ × ℤ ⟶ ℝ⁴: Complex numbers (ℂ) encode phases/amplitudes for interference patterns; ℝ³ gives 3D spatial coordinates; ℤ indexes discrete layers or harmonic modes; maps to ℝ⁴ for intensity, time or color.
PrimeBot, a Chinese robotics company, has unveiled the world's first transformable robot, T1.
It can switch on its own between a two-wheeled humanoid mode for indoor movement and a four-legged mode for walking on grass or climbing stairs.
The robot can also interact by voice, understand its surroundings, and remember routines and spaces to respond more naturally over time.

No rotors. No wings. Just shaped thrust.
A monocoque drone that turns its hull into microjet nozzles for full vector control.
Pure math + physics in one stunning simulation. Future of flight?

A mini 6-axis arm driven by stepper motors with custom 3D printed split ring planetary gearboxs and an inverted belt differential wrist with custom bearings, driven by low-cost stepper motors and TMC5150 drivers.
Custom firmware was written in C for the STM32 MCU on an BTT Octopus board, to allow for full closed loop PID control using AS5048a encoders daisy-chained over SPI.
The controller takes joint targets and returns joint states to a Raspberry Pi 5 streamed over CAN bus.

Robot hands got serious.
Here are four dexterous hands:
🔵 Tesla Optimus V3: 22 DOF, motors in the forearm.
🔵 BrainCo Revo 3: 21 DOF, full-palm touch sensing.
🔵 Wuji Hand: 20 DOF, motors inside each finger.
🔵 1X NEO: 22 DOF, force sensing at every joint.
Which grip wins?
No wheels. No legs. No problem. 🐛🤖
Researchers at the University of Southern Denmark developed a soft robot that moves using air-filled chambers and kirigami-inspired structures.
Instead of fighting nature, it learns from it.
As robotics advances, some of the most capable machines may end up looking less like humans... and more like creatures we've overlooked for millions of years.
What do you think is the future of mobility: wheels, legs, or soft robots?
