@JeremyClimas @MCSCertified is here to stay so better to get used to them , it’s not perfect but which organisation is. IMO they have a lot to learn from registered installers. it seems that most people moaning about it aren’t or haven’t been MCS .

Started the Application for the Boiler upgrade scheme voucher application earlier in month finally got it . 1st voucher to apply for . does anyone know how long I will have to wait to get paid on completion. Sole traders unusual on the scheme it seems @ofgem @MCSCertified

@w1a1y1n1e1 Also had to buy and display H&S signs in the office for employees to see . One man band sole trader in a home office. Actually have be come Ok at the Paperwork now and found OFTEC to be more understanding than previous.

@w1a1y1n1e1 😂 I got pulled on no customer complaint procedure as had no complaints to put in it fabricated on the spot drafted a file customer complaints procedures. Box ticket also 1st one in 2013 had to put fire exit signs on my garage door as my office abuts garage.
