@TheRemnantRadio Hey @FaceLikeTheSun, you are well read in this area. Maybe you could pop in and offer some insight? Would love to hear more of your perspective on this topic.
You know, when the @ihopkc exposure was happening, I had a hard time hearing from multiple critics that were unbelievers &/or living in compromise. However, it's a Genesis 38:26 moment, a judgment of the Lord that unbelievers are more righteous than those in charge at @ihopkc.
To this day (& to my knowledge) @joseph_a_taylor & others have still failed to bear fruit of true repentance, which would look like walking the wider corporate IHOPKC through the @mikebickle failure, the failure of then leaders of exposing and holding Mike accountable, the failure of then leaders of squelching those like @ahailstone & others that asked questions (cover up culture?), dealing with what the Prophetic History means, in light of how Mike tweaked it over the years.
I picked the wrong side? Didn't @DrMichaelLBrown tell us not to pick sides? I'm not blaming my sin on anyone?
As for finding "finding leaders who are preparing you to stand before God on judgment day." You're right.
I can't trust @malachiobrien who blame-shifts and covers up, rather than shepherding @ihopkc through disaster as an actual biblical elder would be apt to do.
Perhaps I could trust @ericmetaxas ? The one who publicly presumed @mikebickle 's innocence and accused those speaking out of being accusers, then cowardly deleting the post with no apology or thorough follow-up.
Maybe close ministry friend @IamRickJoyner ? Ooop, scratch that. He seems to think @mikebickle will have a come-back, despite being "permanently separated" from @ihopkc
Maybe @kvministries is a good role model? Nope, he was too busy saying "I LOVE MIKE BICKLE," without knowing all the details, and now involved in his own controversy of covering up/ failing to warn of sexual predator in his own ministry.
@p_billjohnson would of course be a better model, right? After all, this 5th generation pastor has generational wisdom and blessing. This fails too. Regarding @shawnbolz he admits that he doesn't do well with confrontation. Apparently allowing a false-prophet to deceive thousands is the better option? And those in that sphere still feel like Bethel is doing little to address that disaster (cover up culture).
Now surely @seanfeucht is a strong leader, unafraid to call people out. What has he spoken up on regarding @mikebickle ? No, he's got his own questionable multiple expensive real estates, mishandling money and possibly not paying his missionaries?
@ToddWhiteLC seem to be a possible role model, but his exposed lying about his own lifestyle and failure to address that makes him untrustworthy too.
Do you see why I specifically called those individuals/ministries out? Like Jesus, I know what is in man (Jn 2:24-25), so I expect no one to be righteous, no not one (Rm 3:10). I don't expect perfection, nor do I want to idolize any man or ministry. However, seeing that teachers are held to a stricter standard (James 3:1) & the failure of established leaders to hold teachers to that standard, we have a MASSIVE compromise of trust.
When @mikebickle was exposed, I thought surely Stuart, Dave, Misty, Isaac, etc would expose any sin. I thought, like Paul, they would rather cast out Mike, so he would repent of his sin and turn back. Instead, slow-rolling information, stone-walling and slowly by slowly, anyone who actually loved the truth left @ihopkc. God removed the lampstand and those that remain must be either a) ignorant, b) deceived, &/or c) be ok with leaders who think the more appropriate pastoral response is to push forward and ignore the injured, rather than shepherd us through this nightmare. No one loved them enough to shepherd them through that betrayal.
Nope. All we get is General Full-Of-Himself calling @allenshood@jonochall et all LIARS, then putting out a general statement saying "old leaders gone, we did Sexual Harassment training, we're all good now."
Truth is @MikeWingerii@TheRemnantRadio@reachjulieroys, Minor Prophets Podcast, Wake Up and Win Podcast, etc does not want to be doing all the exposure they are doing. But since those in charge are failing their duty to protect the flock, God has raised up brave individuals to call a spade a spade.
I now understand why Jesus said "Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold." It's the failure to humble oneself, to expose, to protect the vulnerable, the lying that is indeed driving people away from Christ. Your posts (in my opinion), put way too much emphasis on personal responsibility. Indeed every person who walked away from Christ has to answer to God for that on judgement day, but WOE to the man that causes that one to sin (Matthew 18:6)! ...See, even Jesus Himself places the primary emphasis and judgement on the one causing the sin.
@Joel7Richardson@ericmetaxas@ericmetaxas are you going to publically appologise for supporting sexual predator @mikebickle ? @seanfeucht you could definitely chime in with a little humility too. Or maybe Francis Chan & Sam Storms attempted to confront Mike & were turned away for no reason?
@sliffematters@QuintonLucasKC@QuintonLucasKC is a smart man, so he's playing politics. :( I WAS impressed when Lucas didn't smear police like his other Democrat mayor friends. Now I fear he was just smarter & didn't want KC to turn into a HELL HOLE like his other buddies' cities. :(
@JustinPetersMin Are we throwing stones in a glass house, or alleging your former buddy had bad theology? @reachju would like to know. https://t.co/67QvGAQfML
@BrotherTodd I still remember Mike's message on sexual sin & how it in the spirit it perverts the mind. How true his message was of his own condition.
@JustinPetersMin It's a marvel to me that Cessationistic teaching often pits "subjective experience" against "objective biblical truth," when the real reason for this is EXPERIENCE (or lack thereof). The NT Apostolic teaching & witness does not support the ending of "Sign Gifts."
@dcheeseater This is the part that hurts. I though @ihopkc would respond to the shaking with repentance & devotion to Christ. Instead @joseph_a_taylor has chosen to idolize the organization & payed dearly. Christ is coming for a spotless bride with devotion to Him, not some movement.
@WillieM16136858@MikeWingerii As a Charasmatic, I can confidently say Mike's voice is sorely needed. Too many Charasmatics wrongly handle the Word & lack healthy discipline & accountability of leaders. THAT is the real embarasement.
@pleomorph55@BornerSilas@MikeWingerii It's so neccisary that I give him the dignity of listening. Might be 2.0 speed, but I'm listening. Only neccisary because Shepherds don't shepherd.
@QuintonLucasKC You need to be prioritizing sitting down with "the other side" to find solutions, instead of fomenting revolt. This divisive talk leads to things like tbis: https://t.co/HOXke9rTeH
URGENT UPDATE: I’ve never experienced anything quite like today in my life. I’ve interacted with the Cartel and have witnessed some crazy things in the desert in ‘24. But what strikes me is how organized these agitators in Minneapolis are. They have spotters everywhere in the city and suburbs, on street corners, even 30 minutes away from downtown. They have people at hotels that work with them and signal to them which made it making it difficult for us to lose our tail once my cover was blown. Usually I lose a tail. Not this time. We switched locations THREE times. I recorded and posted this while leaving Wayzata, while they were STILL surveilling. We all agreed we must make the threats public ASAP, even if we had people still in the field with the hidden cams.
Earlier around noon, while @camhigby released his report on the Signal threads, I was inside what appeared to be a fully autonomous Zone. No police presence. The police were told to leave. I identified myself as Press and they said they will kill Press and will not let me leave. My skin was fully covered because it was so cold. But because they couldn’t verify who I was, they screamed and started throwing ice bottles at us. One hit, @SKRUCHTENMMA , a marine who was with me. They patted him down like THEY were the authorities, attempting to confiscate any weapons. They were set to destroy our vehicle before we even got to it. I will have a full video report shortly.
But the bigger picture here is more important. I am angry. But not at the agitators. I find myself already angry at the people who don’t understand what we’re dealing with and will do nothing about it. When I got to the suburbs I felt like I was in a simulation.
I believe the American people need to wake up. This moment is a warning about where we’re headed. Fear pushes people to care only about their money and their families—I get it. But when fear turns inward, when self-preservation and greed replace moral courage, evil goes unchallenged. And history shows that what we ignore today will come for all of us tomorrow.
Ironically and incredibly, I see that these Communists do not fear death in the same way most good people seem to. The only thing the Communists fear is exposure itself. And that’s good news because it may be our only option.
I’m dead serious about investigating the prosecutors themselves if they don’t hold these Minnesota fraudsters and violent mobsters accountable for what they’re doing. Stay tuned for the videos.
