To better understand this "mental illness" it's important understand how their unhealthy minds evolved and work. A healthy mind primarily focuses on reality and uses reason (facts, principles and logic) to solve existential problems. If one sees that a “solution” does not lead to a goal, one quickly checks one’s premises and corrects any mistakes. One is open to constructive criticism or new ideas when they integrate with what one knows is true, because they can help solve the problem and thus make one more efficacious. Truth is always a friend--never the enemy. Introspection or self-awareness is also key to keeping one’s mind tied to reality. Such a healthy mind leads to self-confidence, success and general benevolence toward others.
An unhealthy mind is primarily focused on other people. Its mode of functioning is to manipulate and control other people. This begins at a very young age and gets automatized over time if not corrected. The tools to manipulate others include lying, faking, flattering, half truths, dropping context, and appealing to certain emotions such as fear, pity, envy and guilt. Reality and truth become one’s feared enemies that must be evaded and avoided when it clashes with one’s narrative. This becomes automatized in their subconscious over time. In essence, they have become slaves to their automatized (subconscious) self-programming—they have essentially become emotionalists and automatons. Philosophers call this the “primacy of feelings” (versus the “primacy of reality and reason”). They are no longer open to facts or arguments that conflict with their narratives. They fear debate—they prefer to just utter false proclamations and launch smears at others. When confronted with an argument that demonstrates an error in their proclamation—they just utter another false one.
The result is a lack of self-confidence, and a resentful dislike of others—especially those who followed reason, acquired self-confidence and have achieved success (such as @elonmusk). In extreme cases the result is a combination of power lust over others and an intense hatred of what is true, good and successful. Some resort to violence. Such a mentality attempts to hide by pretending, via rationalizations, to be motivated by something good such as peace, justice for “the oppressed”, prosperity for all, a clean environment, etc.--but is instead motivated by destruction of what and who is good. Such a mentality cannot be transformed by facts and logical arguments. What it needs is therapy to de-program its unhealthy, automatized mental methodology, and re-program, over time, a healthy one. In the meantime, it’s important to not appease such people—appeasement only emboldens them. Instead, one should expose, morally condemn, shun and boycott them—which is what they fear the most. Only at that point might they be willing to consider getting the therapy they need.
Many cheered the military accomplishments but rightfully condemned making a deal with the evil and totally untrustworthy regime, unjust treatment of and uttering nonsense about Israel, and betraying a promise made to the Iranian people. The alternative choice was to finish the military attacks and then help the Iranian people establish a pro -Western government. Without this latter there will likely be a “forever war” and eventually a nuclear Iran.
The left-right distinction has been corrupted by the left. Nazism and Fascism are collectivist-statist ideologies so they belong on the same side as Socialism and Communism. Same for the “woke Reich”—pure collectivism and statism. Where does individualism, Americanism, constitutional conservatism and capitalism fit in the perverted scheme?
@realDonaldTrump is a pragmatist who thinks appeasing Arab “allies” will lead to overall positive returns even though they predominantly don’t like America. So to appease them he feels he needs to badmouth another country they don’t like, Israel. It’s shameful, embarrassing and destructive in the long run.

@piersmorgan Only a moron only thinks in terms of being loyal to a person rather than a principle. Anyone familiar with @marklevinshow knows he takes stands based on a wealth of knowledge and principles.
