@MalwareJake I worked at a recruitment agency. I'd send 10 personalized, highly researched messages to qualified candidates about an actual good job and get 9 replies back. My manager would come back and say "if you sent 100, you would have gotten at least 10 replies". It's a broken industry

@MalwareJake Might be the company who is to blame. The company says it's a numbers game and sometimes pay on numbers of emails sent. No training on integrity. Unfortunatley it works, someone responds, job filled. Spam callers still exist because someone, eventually, still provides them a SSN

I know it seems silly, but don't forget the final touch of naming your resume "First Last" name. Naming your resume "Resume 2019" makes it a tad more challenging to quickly find you and identify you.
