As renewable energy and green hydrogen projects move closer to implementation, the conversation is also becoming more specific: what materials will be needed, which services can be delivered locally, and where industrial capacity must scale to meet future demand.

Today, Hydrom brought together government entities and sector stakeholders in a specialised workshop under the patronage of H.E. Eng. Salim bin Nasser Al Aufi, Minister of Energy and Minerals and Chairman of Hydrom, to evaluate these opportunities across the renewable energy and green hydrogen value chain, and how greater coordination can help translate upcoming project demand into broader local economic participation.
