Baby Girl arriving August💜
@TUIUK@chelseadesigns_ Feeding whilst taking off and landing is actually the best thing for babies as it helps them with the pressure and therefore avoids them screaming in pain/confusion. I've flown three times with my little girl BF each time and she just slept through it.
This is absolutely appalling! It is denying a baby their comfort and food! It's one of the most natural things in the world. I am shocked...won't be flying with @TUIUK if this how they act.
#edutwitter Looking for various sources to find quality non-fiction texts to use for comprehension. Want a wider variety of text types for each year group. E.g interviews or instructions.
@vuecinemas Hi, I am looking to get a contact for your Bolton branch please. Could someone DM me with an email...I'm a teacher and looking to make contact!
@AStaroftheweek@MissStanleyYr6 Mine are exactly the same. I feel for them as there are so many ingredients needed to write at the age of 11 yet it just goes backwards when they enter high school!
Always trying to provide PD for our English Subject Leads. Yesterday we had @SpozPoet from Birmingham to ignite and inspire us. He was a great tonic for the end of half term and has left us with a raft of activities to do with our classes. Thanks again @NW_LP and @the3saints
@QTMissL We extended ours using some classics and modern books from Big Cats. We now have children on the scheme until the end of year 5, other than greater depth readers. They have some good book choices but you do need to filter through as some are a bit dull for them
After school today two yr 10 girls that I taught last year knocked on my classroom door and said: “Miss, we just wanted to say that we’re proud of you for speaking out against Tate. We saw you on Sky News. We hate him & thank you for speaking out.” 🥺
