Three times repeated in that manner was threatening and sinister.

It is highly disturbing that @the_mpts think its Chairs should behave that way to doctors.

A tribunal chair repeatedly telling a doctor she would be "guillotined at 3 hours".

You can call it a figure of speech once. But three times?

That word was deliberate. And incredibly concerning @gmcuk @the_mpts

This was the 6th day of an Interim Orders Tribunal for Dr Ali @rehiana1980

Panel led by Cecil Philip Rostant refusing to deal with applications. Refusing to address any issues about the referral, the bundle and the abuse of the statutory power.

Then after 5 1/2 days of these IOT proceedings the GMC Counsel Shirlie Duckworth @lincolnchambers, said they wanted everything examined. This was not about charges.

The referral - that never met the test - had only been about charges.

It was clear that the charges were simply the pretext for re-litigating because the lobbies didn't get the outcome they wanted.

Exactly as Dr Ali had been saying.

The @gmcuk wanted an 18-month suspension.

Even worse?

Rostant refused to allow Dr Ali's request for a decent submission period. She has over 800 pages to defend again. Complaints by CAA ...put in by their Israeli law firm Assersons. And then we say we're not Occupied?!

Rostant stated she would get guillotined at 3 hours.

He repeated this several times: "You will be guillotined at 3 hours".

To just ensure that Dr Ali got the point.

She was going to be guillotined.

There's the explanation for why he's been chosen. They couldn't get anyone else dirty enough.

It seems suddenly the GMC and MPTS don't want honesty in a doctor.

UPDATE: Hearing has ended. All about 'jews' (in essence the pro-Israel mafia) falsely being converted to the British public. To be continued....

Outrageous behaviour from Rostant the 'legally qualified chair.' Knows referral does not meet the test but continues. Claims he only wants to ask questions of GMC but allows submissions on substantive elements blocking Dr Ali from making her application which he had agreed to. So lies. Abusive towards Dr Ali and a member of the public - this guy is going to assess risk on words... Objects to being called a liar but being misleading is okay by him. The standards these days.

Duckworth mind-numbingly read irrelevant guidance that does not apply, talks about 'serious' charges she has no details on, imaginary harm to jews and the public (even the police told GMC that was not the case - yes they had the nerve to ask about harm) and claimed using words like jewish terrorism is racist. Having lied during proceedings has an epileptic fit being called out on it. "Dr Ali is accusing me of serious professional misconduct" she wails. If she wanted to be professional she could have advised her client better but all that matters are shekels. Seems their other counsel does not want to return which might say a lot about Duckworth's character.

Absolute circus last two days - taking an application but ignoring it in their farcical determinations - all to give an appearance they are giving a registrant a fair hearing. No wonder they rushed in 2024 to have the hearing in Dr Ali's absence. Demanding to be heard properly is not part of the process it seems!

Desperate behaviour - can't win on arguments so we must cheat to satisfy our jewish masters.

Essentially they are relitigating & declared GMC are relying on IHRA definition of antisemitism and complaints from CAA and Nicola Lampert etc.
