The Individual Mandate that no one talks about. Once #CHOICE is implemented, the federal govt will have direct power over EVERY INDIVIDUAL CHILD & FAMILY. Elected boards & state govt will be nearly totally diminished. All mandates impact…..every school becomes a govt school.
