Apparently, someone @skytv signed me up for Netflix since May last year. They supposedly sent an email to confirm my subscription. I receive recommendations from sky all the time and just skim through. I never signed up for Netflix and want my money back.

@AmazonUK has closed my brother’s account for breaching terms of contract. They claim this is the second account he’s had after the 1st had been closed for the same reason. He’s only ever had one account. They won’t tell him what his ‘crime’ is. Is it time to boycott Amazon?
